Roo fish is one of our most familiar fish. This fish is eaten in most homes. However, you don't like to eat the same fried or fried food all the time. Sometimes it's good to change the taste. Rui fish fillets- 6-7 pieces

Rice flour - half a cup


Ginger paste - half teaspoon

Garlic paste - half teaspoon


Salt – as per taste


Cardamom and cinnamon batter- little


Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon


Sauteed onion - half cup


Crushed green chillies- 1 tsp


Green chillies – 4-5 whole


Finely chopped onions - half a cup


Turmeric powder- 1 tsp


Chilli powder- 1 tsp


Cumin powder- 1 tsp


Garlic paste - half teaspoon


Oil and water – in quantity.

How to make


First of all, the fish pieces should be washed well and cleaned, and the fish should be removed from the skin. Fish should be deboned and mixed well with all the spices and fried in oil. Now heat oil in another pan. Then add chopped onions and green chillies to it.


Once fried, add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, little salt and water to it and grind the masala well. When grated, add fried kopta, chopped coriander leaves and cumin powder and keep it in the oven for 10 minutes. When the gravy becomes thick, pour it and serve it with rice or polawa.
