What it takes to make


Chicken meat - one and a half kg


Rice- 1 kg


Ginger paste- 1 tbsp


Garlic paste- 1 tbsp


Onion batter - half a cup


Boneless chicken meat cubes – 2 pieces


Chilli – 14-15 hrs


White pepper - half teaspoon


Soybean oil- 1 cup


Salt – in moderation


Cinnamon-Cardamom 4 pieces


Sour yogurt- 1 cup


Keora water- 2 tbsp


Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and jaitri powder- 2 tsp.

How to make


Nutmeg, jaitri, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper should be lightly roasted and powdered. Chicken should be marinated for 10 minutes with ginger, garlic, onion, salt, curd and five green chillies. Cook the chicken in a pan with half a cup of oil on medium heat. The chicken will be cooked in the chicken water. Water should be given if necessary. When the water dries up and rises to the top of the oil, stir it with powdered masala and cover it.


Boil water one and a half times the amount of rice in a pot and add cardamom, cinnamon paste, half a cup of oil, salt, meat cubes and rice that has been soaked for 10 minutes. When the water and rice are equal, add green chillies after simmering on low heat. After 10 minutes, mix well with a wooden spoon over the cooked chicken polao and sprinkle Keorazol on top. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
