What it takes to make


1 kg of beef


1 cup sour yogurt


Half a cup of onion batter


1 tablespoon garlic paste


1 tablespoon of ginger paste


1 tablespoon of cumin powder


3-4 sliced green chillies


1 teaspoon garam masala powder


5 cardamoms


3 pieces of cinnamon


2 bay leaves


4-5 red chillies


3 cloves


the oil


Salt to taste


Half a cup of finely chopped onion


3 tablespoons of ghee


1 tablespoon of sugar


3-4 whole green chillies.



How to make


First cut the beef into pieces, wash and drain the water. After that add curd, onion batter, ginger-garlic batter, cumin batter, all garam masala, salt, green pepper flakes and 1/4th of 1 cup of oil and keep it for at least two hours. Then place the pot in the oven and cook the meat well. Do not add excess water. If the water dries up, you can add a little water if necessary. Be careful not to burn.


Heat half a cup of oil in another pan, fry the beresta with chopped onions. Pick up the grill and add the meats that have been marinated in the oil. Then continue to fry. Add little water for broth. When it boils, add onions, sugar, ghee and whole 3-4 green chillies and keep it on low flame. When the broth rises to the top of the oil, drain it. You can serve this korma with polao, hot rice or paratha.
